Event Description

Hotel Rate and Cutoff Date

Rate: $119.00 plus taxes per night for single/double occupancy.

Overview of the Hotel

Directions to the Hotel

From McCarran Airport:
Start out going East on terminals toward Wright Bros Lane. Turn slight left onto East Russell Road. Turn slight left to take the ramp toward Swenson St/Tropicana Ave/Departing Flights. Merge onto Paradise Road. Stay straight to go onto Swenson Street. Turn Left onto East Naples Drive. Turn Right onto Paradise Road. Continue down Paradise Road. The Riviera will be on your left. Turn Left onto Riviera Blvd.

From I15 South:
Take I15 South and exit on Sahara Ave. east. Turn right on Las Vegas Blvd. The Riviera will be on your left hand side.

From I15 North:
Take I15 North and exit on Sahara Ave. east. Turn right on Las Vegas Blvd. The Riviera will be on your left hand side.

From 215 East:
Take 215 West to I15 north. Exit on Sahara Ave. east. Turn right on Las Vegas Blvd. The Riviera will be on your left hand side.

Additional Information

What to wear: The suggested dress code for this meeting is business casual.

Confirmation: You will receive a detailed e-mail confirmation upon successful completion of the registration process for this event; please make sure to enter a valid e-mail address on the registration form.

Cancellations: Cancellation notices sent 10 or more working days prior to the start of the seminar are 100 percent refundable. Cancellation notices sent fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. No refunds are available after the start of the event. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Please forward all cancellation requests to registrar@namic.org or fax to (317) 876-6213.

Exhibit Show Information

Enjoying four years of success, the exhibit show is a unique marketplace for industry vendors to utilize face-to-face marketing and personalized networking with participants from both the ICAC Arson Investigation Training Seminar and the NAMIC Claims Conference in one convenient location. Attendees will be fire and arson investigators, SIU professionals, claim executives, adjusters and subrogation personnel. We anticipate the combined attendance to be 250.

The exhibit show opens during the ICAC Arson Seminar and extends into the NAMIC Claims Conference with numerous activities held in the hall to promote attendee participation.

Exhibit booth registration is $725 for either ICAC or NAMIC member companies and $825 for nonmembers and includes a draped table, chairs and one complete conference registration. Additional booth attendees are $325 per person. Electricity and Internet connectivity are an additional charge and forms are provided to registered exhibitors.

Exhibit booth space is limited so please register early. Booth attendee registration may be completed at the time of booth space registration or submitted at a later date.
